Tip #36 ... YOUR computer safety tips!

Oh my aching back!

Did you know using a computer can be quite painful? It can! Your wrist, back, eyes and more can suffer from use!

Sitting hunched over the computer keyboard, in the dark, typing away - you tend to loose track of time. We all do it - and we all suffer ... just a short jolt of pain, stiff muscles, to a mind numbing headache. Visit these sites to find out more about computer safety - not the kind where you install a virus program, or even a firewall .. the kind that tells you NOT to sit there ignoring your body! Carpel tunnel syndrome, headaches, shoulder and back aches all tend to get your attention - be smart, be safe - use your common sense .. read up on computer usage before you end up blaming the computer for your pain - after all - it just sits there.
